You may use regular Excel formulas to get stock and option quotes, historical, fundamental and technical data.
You may easily create watch lists and track your portfolios.
For example, to get the last price of AAPL, use the formula:
=RTD('gartle.rtd',,'YahooFinanceWatchList','AAPL','Last')
To get option data, use formulas like this:
=RTD('gartle.rtd',,'YahooFinanceOptions','AAPL','2015-01-17',100,'CALL','OpenInt')
